haha i like that you were open about it. well you're right. i do that too because i like putting my feet on the chair. but the entire movie theater didn't have to star us down you know? and the entire row didnt have to move. they were different groups and there was only one of us. also.. i see that you are pro life. like i said.. im not for or against abortion. i just feel like people should be able to choose for themselves
Gotcha. People can just be dicks sometimes. There isn’t a lot of diversity in the south, so a lot of times people know nothing about other cultures except for what there families have said (which is often very hateful) or the stereotypes they see on TV.
I was lucky enough to grow up in the Chicago area, where there’s no lack of ethnic diversity so while I was growing up, I got a chance to meet and spend time with people of other races to realize that we’re exactly the same.
My dad is probably the most racist person you will ever meet, however. So I’ve had a chance to compare his experiences with what I’ve grown up with (diversity) and came to the conclusion around 10 years old that racism was just completely stupid.
A lot of other people share your stance on abortion. You might not see it on Tumblr or hear about it from friends, but its the most common stance and what’s assumed to be the “middle ground.” Usually when someone post s something like that, they get hate from Pro Lifers and Pro Choicers because they think there has to be one absolute or another. And that’s probably why you don’t hear it much on here.
